Reach is a registered charity that supports over 240 people with learning disabilities in Nottinghamshire every week.

We run courses, social activities and projects to help people get the life they want in their own community.

We have four bases – Reach Southwell, Reach Newark, Reach Mansfield, and Flower Pod. We also offer short courses in other settings across Nottinghamshire.

Our care support company – Reach Learning Disability Care CIC (Reach Care) provides domiciliary care to adults with learning disabilities on a one-to-one basis.

Customer Services Co-ordinator, Flower Pod

Full time
£18000-20000 per annum

To operate as part of the day-to-day implementation team led by the Flower Pod Manager to ensure that customer-facing commercial activities at Flower Pod are complementary to the horticultural, Client service activities
To deliver the trading and commercial plan for Flower Pod, coupled with sustainable customer and community relationships which support the growth of the wider charitable aims of Reach Learning Disability.

Client Services Lead, Flower Pod

Full time

£20000-22000 per annum

To be client services champion for Flower Pod, creating and maintaining strong community and circle-of-support relationships that uphold client involvement in the growth of the long-term charitable aims of Reach Learning Disability.
To operate as part of the day-to-day implementation team led by the Flower Pod Manager, so that the client-facing horticultural, educational and social activities at Flower Pod are safe, meaningful, therapeutic and fun.
To deputise in the absence of the Flower Pod Manager.

Reach Mansfield Centre Manager

Mansfield

£21,000 – £25,ooo pa. Full time. Permanent. Enhanced DBS checks required. 

Our busy Mansfield centre provides high-quality courses and social activities to over 30 clients from Monday to Friday. We now  seek a Manager who can continue to develop our exciting offer to people with learning disabilities in Mansfield.  Aided by a dedicated staff and volunteer team, you will have plenty of scope to make a positive difference to the lives of local people.

Fundraising & Communications Officer – Grants

£20,000 – £26,000 pa pro rata depending on experience.

Your training will result in you being confident and competent in all aspects of personal care, manual handling, managing medication policies and procedures. You need to be a confident driver, have a genuinely caring personality and enjoy working with adults with learning disabilities.  You’ll get to learn alongside some of the best support care teams in the county.

We are looking for a number of qualified personal care support assistants (Care Certificate and NVQ level 2 Health and Social Care qualified) to work with a number of service users with a diverse range of personal care and support needs.  All of our service users have a learning disability and some have additional health care needs, including visual impairment, mental health and dementia.
